Refund Policy - the basics
We stand by the quality of our products. To ensure fairness, all returns must meet the strict conditions below:
Acceptable Returns (Within 24 Hours Only)
We accept returns only if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Return request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
Tags are attached, and the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We DO NOT accept returns if:
The item is dirty, stained, or worn (even once).
You changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color.
24 hours have passed since delivery.
Return Process
Contact Us Immediately
WhatsApp/Email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos/video of the damage/defect
Reason for return

Approval & Instructions
We’ll respond within 1 hour to approve/deny your request.
If approved, we’ll provide a return address or pickup details (Accra only).
Refund
After inspection and validation:
Refunds are processed within 2 hours of approval.
Money is returned via your original payment method (5–7 business hours for bank processing).
Important Notes
24-Hour Deadline: Returns requested after 24 hours will be rejected.
Proof Required: Submit photo/video evidence with your request.
Return Costs:
Free: If the error is ours (damaged/incorrect item).
Customer-Paid: If you refuse delivery or fail inspection.
Exchanges: We only process refunds, not exchanges.
