1. Delivery Areas & Fees

• Accra Metropolitan Area:

  • Flat Rate Delivery: We deliver to all parts of Accra for a fixed fee 

• Outside Accra (Ghana):

  • Extra Cost: Delivery outside Accra incurs additional fees calculated at checkout based on location.

• International Shipping:

  • 🌍 Standard: Lower-cost option (7–21 business days).

  • ✈️ Express: Faster delivery (3–7 business days) at a higher cost.
    International shipping fees are fully borne by the customer.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Accra & Major Cities: 12 business days at most.

• Remote Areas (Ghana): 16 business days.

• International:

  • Standard: 7–21 business days

  • Express: 3–7 business days
    Delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships.

• International orders may incur customs/duties (paid by the customer).

4. Returns & Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty/damaged.

• Delivery partners are BLUE EXPRESS DELIVERY
